Embrace Winter Light Meditation Series
Transform Winter's Darkness Into Inner Light ✨
What if the coldest, darkest months could become your most grounding and transformative season?
Winter's extended nights aren't just something to endure—they're a unique invitation to turn inward and cultivate deep resilience. Join experienced teachers Coral and Parneet, along with assistants twinkle and Sarah Mo, for an extraordinary 2-month journey designed to carry you through winter's depth with warmth, connection, and self-compassion. Come Exactly As You Are
Video on or off. PJs or cozy clothes. Coffee in hand or still half-asleep.
Practice sitting, standing, lying down, or walking the dog. Tired? Wide awake? Somewhere in between? Perfect.
We're not asking for perfection—we're inviting your presence. Show up with your full humanity, your fatigue, your tenderness, your curiosity. We'll hold it all with care.
What we do encourage: gentle daily commitment as an anchor through winter's changing weather.
