Coral Short is a queer, non-binary, white settler born in 1973. They completed their Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) training in March 2023 with Dea Parsanishi and specialise in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, recovery, activism, creativity, and radical sexuality. Coral believes that all bodies can move towards health and healing.

A Community Dharma Teacher at True North Insight in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, Coral co-leads a weekly Queer Sangha. They have worked with the Stretch Festival at The Village in Berlin, Somatic Experiencing International, Dynamic Expansion Craniosacral, and the Montreal Somatics Festival, offering somatic courses and workshops to international communities.

With over twenty years of experience as an organiser, activist, and artist, Coral founded Queer Healing ten years ago and leads eco-somatic walks that explore embodiment and connexion with the nature.
