I offer gentle, non-invasive, hands-on sessions on table. This modality helps the body find balance and its inherent self-healing capacity. Using a very light touch, I listen to the subtle rhythms and movements of your body, or tidal forces. By attuning to these rhythms, I create a supportive space for your nervous system to down-regulate and for your body to let go and release areas of tension. The process is deeply restful.
-
Unlike massage or chiropractic, which often involve more direct manipulation, this modality is exceptionally gentle. The focus is not on "fixing" a problem but on creating a container for the body to heal itself. Unlike talk therapy, we don't need to analyze or discuss the story of your pain. We simply listen to your body's wisdom, allowing stored tension and emotional trauma to resolve in a safe and supportive way.
-
My practice is rooted in a deep respect for your body's unique story and its ability to move towards health and healing. While my foundation is in professional training, my approach is highly intuitive and guided by the specific needs that arise in each session. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I also bring a specialized understanding of the nervous system and how to gently support the body in releasing trauma, which beautifully complements the subtle work of Dynamic Expansion Cranio. I also bring my own long history of meditation to my practice.
