January : Dignity
As a powerful start to the new year, this month’s session will focus on dignity; reinforcing belief in our inherent worth.
This session explores dignity as an embodied practice, something we cultivate through repeated, gradual choice, rather than a fixed state. We'll open with a centering practice, grounding into length, width, and depth, noticing what it feels like to take up our full space. From there, we'll move through embodied shapes of dignity found, lost, and found again, in both imagination and body, with small group sharing after in triads.
We'll close by reflecting on real moments of dignity from the past day, weeks, and year, remembering times we felt whole, worthy, and able to take up space as ourselves.
This is body-based work, with space to draw, journal, or simply be present. All participation levels are welcome, including listening only. No moment of dignity is too small to count.

Taking Up Space, On Purpose
This week, notice one or two moments where you could take up a little more space, literally or otherwise. Try lengthening your spine, widening your stance, or simply staying a beat longer before shrinking.
There's no need to force anything. Just experiment, gently, and notice what shifts, in your body, your breath, or how you feel.
We'll share a bit about what came up when we arrive next time.
