Poly Lunch Club: A six-month somatic journey into polyamory

Hosted by Coral Short, queer somatic practitioner with a poly kink background.

Polyamory asks a lot of us. It asks us to stay present with our desires and our fears, to navigate complexity with care, and to keep coming back to ourselves even when things get tender.

Poly Lunch Club is a monthly gathering on Zoom where we do that work together, in community, bringing our bodies along for the ride.

Each session, we'll move through grounded somatic practices designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness, alongside facilitated conversation and space for honest sharing.

This is a confidential, intentional space for people at every point on the spectrum: newly poly, poly-curious, solo poly, monogamish, ethically non-monogamous, open, or somewhere you haven't quite named yet.

Bring your lunch and all of your joys and sorrows!
